Reconstrua a cor usando controles HSB.

Memory mode guide

What Memory mode trains

Memory mode is not just another color picker. It separates looking, remembering, rebuilding, and reviewing into one repeatable loop.

A short look, then a real recall task

The target color is visible for 3 seconds. After it hides, the player rebuilds the color from memory instead of copying from a visible swatch.

HSB keeps the challenge visual

Hue, saturation, and brightness match the way people describe color: which color family, how intense, and how light or dark it feels.

Delta E makes the result explainable

After each guess, the game compares the selected RGB color to the original target color and turns the color distance into points.

The summary shows both colors

At the end of 10 rounds, the result card places each remembered target beside the player guess, so misses are visible instead of hidden behind a score.

Practice method

How to get better at color recall

Treat each round as three small decisions instead of one guess: color family, intensity, then brightness.

HabitWhy it helps
Name the hue firstThink red, orange, green, blue, or violet before the target hides.
Store brightness separatelyAsk whether the color feels pale, medium, or deep. That helps after the swatch disappears.
Adjust saturation before final brightnessA grayish color and a vivid color can share hue but score very differently.
Use the result cardCompare target and guess after every round. The fastest improvement comes from noticing the same miss pattern twice.

Memory mode FAQ

Is Memory mode the same as Classic Flag Tone?

No. Classic keeps the flag context visible while you adjust a target band. Memory mode hides a single target swatch after a short countdown, so the skill is color recall rather than flag-context matching.

How many rounds are in Memory mode?

Memory mode uses 10 rounds. Each round has one target color, one guess, and one Delta E based score.

Can I peek at the target?

Yes. After the memorization phase, the hidden target panel can be pressed and held briefly as an assist. That makes the game friendlier without changing the core scoring method.

Is this a medical memory or color vision test?

No. Memory mode is a casual browser game and practice tool. It is not a diagnosis, medical test, or clinical color vision assessment.
